60 girls from 50 schools attended camp in 2019. Campers participated in 5 core classes: A Tour of the Stellar Life Cycle, Cybersecurity, Girl Powered Robot!, Gear Girls, and Probability and Systems Analysis for Fun. They went on field trips to Mineral Museum, Quebradas Back Country Byway, NRAO, Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge, and EMRTC. Workshops included: CSI: DNA; Design with Engineering in Mind; Design, Build and Test Your Own Landfill; Digging Deeper into Geology; Girl-Powered Competitive Robots; Heat Transfer; Life from Earth to Mars and On the Stars; Owl About Technology; Rapid Prototyping and Additive Manufacturing Techniques for Polymers; The Social Life of Pennies; Weather or Not, Star Party, Financial Management, Math Blast, and Geocaching.
